Woody's prides itself on the service and support customers receive when visiting one of its many RV showrooms. To transfer this online Media Dog has developed a robust set of tools to fit any of the needs Woody's may have.
Woody's RV has been given full control over their entire new and used inventory. With the tool set available in the product manager, Woody's is able to list RV's as New, Old or Used, set weekly sales, use price tiering, upload multiple product images, floor plans and pdf brochures, manage standard and optional features and edit a variety of product details. Combined with the sites robust search tool, Woody's RV Showcase is fully capable to serve up custom tailored results on a per customer basis.
When the customer wants more information about an RV they are interested in, each RV listing has a "Request Information" button enabling a user to quickly and easily send a request for more information to the Woody's RV sales team. Requests are sent to the appropriate sales team member along with all the RV details at a user selectable location. A member of the Woody's sales team then contacts the customer personally with more information and is able to further engage the potential customer in the sales cycle.
Media Dog has also provided a "Send to a Friend" button if a user wants to pass a link from Woody's along to a friend or to themselves for future reference.
Special SEO (Search Engine Optimization) considerations have been made with Woody's RV listings. By creating especially optimized URL's, each listing is getting indexed as a separate page by Google and other search engines, increasing the number of pages in search results and increasing the likelihood of Woody's RV World results showing up in a wider variety of search queries.
The Woody's email marketing program has been an effective tool for keeping the Woody's brand fresh in the minds of their customer base and also educating them with new developments in products, services and RV activities.
